Quesadillas with avocado, hummus and cheese filling
A very simple and at the same time very tasty snack, which you can offer for guests as an appetizer or just as a nice snack. These snacks are made of large thin lavash but you can also use, for example, tortillas. You can use different variants for the cheese, this dish is made with salty feta cheese.
1 large lavash
1 cup of Gourmet Club classic hummus
2-3 ripe avocados
150 g of feta cheese
Spread a thin lavash on the table and cut out the right size rings with a small bowl about 10 cm in diameter. Apply a spoonful of Gourmet Club classic hummus to each lavash. Add a few slices of avocado and sprinkle some feta cheese. Add a few branches of fresh coriander to the filling. Sprinkle pinch of chilli powder over the filling and then fold the lavash in half.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the filled lavashes folded in half until golden on both sides. Serve hot or cold with your favorite sauces. Adjika, for example, is well suited.
