Our story began in the capital’s legendary restaurant Vertigo, which was a favorite place of the social and business elite, visited by world famous rock stars on their tours, and the menu was also enjoyed by Queen Margriet of the Netherlands and American President George Bush. Vertigo doors closed in 2011, but the favorites created by the head chef Imre Kose and loved by our guests lived on. Caesar sauce, fresh pesto, walnut bread and many other delicacies soon became known as the Gourmet Club and moved from the restaurant menu to store shelves.
Even today, our greatest desire is to offer you unique taste experiences and the best emotions that you can buy in the supermarket. We bring the best flavors of the world to your table and want to make your life easier and more delicious.
Enjoy!
