Pesto rolls with prosciutto ham
Easy, quick and delicious! Italian pesto rolls are great for serving to guests.
12 pieces:
400 g frozen yeast puff pastry (4 sheets)
1 cup (150 g) Gourmet Club basil and almond pesto
100 g of prosciutto ham (thin slices)
100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
Take the dough sheets out of the package and place them next to each other on the baking paper to melt. When the dough is melted, spread the pesto evenly with the back of a spoon. It takes about 2 tablespoons of pesto on each sheets. Spread slices of prosciutto and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Turn the loose end of the dough over the pastry on each pie. Bake the rolls at 220 degrees (the oven must be preheated) for about 10 minutes. Let them cool a bit and enjoy!
