Crispy oven roasted potato slices with truffle mayonnaise

200 g Gourmet Club Truffle Mayonnaise
16 small potatoes
Olive oil
Salt flakes
Mustard and / or crushed garlic

Boil salted water and then put potatoes in. Reduce heat and cook until potatoes are soft. Strain the potatoes and squeeze the potatoes as flat as possible. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil so that they are covered on both sides and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. If you wish, you can mix mustard or crushed garlic or both into the olive oil beforehand. Cool the potatoes slightly and then place in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees. Roast the potatoes until they get a golden brown. This should take a total of 30-40 minutes. Take it out of the oven, sprinkle some salt flakes and serve with Gourmet Club truffle mayonnaise.
