Spaghetti with truffle mayonnaise and crispy prosciutto
Truffle mayonnaise is ideal as a pasta sauce, giving it a delicious and special taste. Adding crispy prosciutto will result in something wonderful!

200 g of high-quality spaghetti
100-150 g of Gourmet Club black truffle mayonnaise
70-100 g of Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
100 g of prosciutto
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil
Spread the prosciutto slices in a hot pan and fry until crisp. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until they are still slightly resistant under the tooth. Strain and leave a little boiling water in the pasta. Mix the mayonnaise with a few tablespoons of pasta boiling water and add most of the Parmesan cheese. Pour the sauce over the hot spaghetti and stir so that the spaghetti is covered with the sauce. If necessary, add more pasta water if the spaghetti is too dry. Place the pasta on a plate, top with a crispy prosciutto, grate the Parmesan cheese and finish with salt and pepper and fresh basil. Enjoy!
