Caesar dressing

A classic among restaurant-quality salad dressings. Made with extra virgin olive oil, French Dijon mustard, Parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce.

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, olive oil, Italian-style Parmesan cheese (cow’s milk, sea salt, starter culture, rennet), white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite), fish sauce (anchovy extract (fish) (60%), salt, sugar, citric acid), egg yolk, water, Worcestershire sauce (vinegar, sugar, barley malt vinegar, water, salt, caramel sugar syrup, spices (including celery), lemon oil), sugar, garlic, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, preservative: potassium sorbate.
